weight loss

Weight loss comes down to much more than just losing weight, but maintaining an enjoyable lifestyle while still accomplishing the goal. Great tactics to incorporate based on importance are
1. Caloric deficit (eat less)
2. Eliminate "junk" food
3. Create a way to remind yourself you're on a diet!
4. Make Small adjustments
5. Don't go COLD TURKEY (Changing your diet from a slight surplus to eating nothing is very unhealthy. This may cause slight weight loss but remember, this is a long journey not 100 meter sprint.)

In today's world there’s always the greatest new fad to lose weight weather that be the Adkins diet, weight watchers, or an all fruit diet. All these new fads have a very close similarity and that is providing a caloric deficit. Many Americans these days don't realize the lack of nutrition or caloric index of the foods they consume and all of these systems shine light on just that. New customers are amazed by the results, but with little research it becomes relevant why these programs are working so well. Don't get me wrong, these programs are great for those with extra funds, and little to no knowledge of nutrition, however with little research a lot can be learned.

Caloric Deficit = Weight Loss (GOLDEN RULE)

I've used this system for years now to obtain extremely low body fat percentages for competitions and when used correctly still allow for an enjoyable life without the thought of being on a diet. Stay tuned for in depth discussion on these topics!
