Questoning the Process

Second guessing is a common issue for anyone involved in the fitness world. What I mean by this is you'll never be satisfied with your body once you start working out or incorporating a healthy diet. You'll never be satisfied with your progress until you reach your goal and once that is achieved your mind will start planning for the next milestone. For a competitive person as myself I always feel as whether i'm too small or i'm too big on different days. This has been linked to issues physiologically with two different extremes called big anorexia and small anorexia. These are both real issues associated with die hard individuals who always want more out of there progress. Yes It may be difficult at first to comprehend but since you start progressing, you'll realize you'll always want more. Want to be that much more cut, be that much bigger and in exchange completely change your diet day after day with the association of yo yo dieting. I find myself going throw this every off season as sometimes I feel as though i'm putting on too much fat for muscle mass and dial back my numbers. The easiest however costly solution to this problem is to hire a coach. A coach will tell you what needs to be done to achieve your goal and push you when times are tough to stay on track. Many bodybuilders follow similar tactics when prepping for a show because of second guessing. Leave the power to someone else. Program yourself to be a robot with someone else in control and you'll be sure to achieve your dream.
