Analyzing the BEST

Journeys start and stop everyday depending on ones goals, drive, and aspirations. You have the every day individuals who like to talk the talk instead of actually performing the work necessary, and you also have those who are so set on achieving a goal, they seem crazy to the average; this is me. The first tool in starting something is to hit the ground running and never let the negativity and hate from others deter you from your final goal.

 In today's world people are to caught up with living a modest average life that entails an average 8-5 job they hate, and a life that brings with it no adventure; this will not be me. I LOVE the fitness and nutrition lifestyl3 and plan on making something unimaginable out of it. This all starts with looking at others who are highly successful and examining their techniques and approaches to get a general idea of what viewers want to see. In order of most engagement:

- Recipes
- Diet advice
- Fitness Plans
- Motivation

As my last blog, I went to no other than Born Fitness to find this information. I chose this blog because it follows a very close generalization as to what i'm interested in and plan on promoting. This includes page views to web layouts, seeing what one of the most highly active fitness blogs has to offer. Comparing my you tube channel, my analytics seem to follow these numbers extremely closely. Straying away a small amount, I've realized people LOVE FOOD. My highest viewed videos  all deal with either  a great healthy alternative to your grandmothers delicious recipe, or me eating an extremely high amount of food.

Based on the average pitifuls of this life, individuals usually always seem to fall off when it comes to their diet due to temptation. Because of this, generalizing the fundamentals and the ability to stay on track with their food choices is the best way to win this battle. The other three topics fall hand in hand after adjusting to a healthier lifestly3. The smallest amount of motivation may just be enough to start one in the fitness scene, or keep them from bingeing and thinking its too much.

Just remember,m we all have ONE GOAL; ONE MISSION!
