The ingredients he incorporates as healthy alternatives always leaves me hesitant and time after time I am blown away by the flavor from the final result. One great example I can recall is when i made his Chocolate peanut butter fudge. The main ingredient was black beans....... now i know what your thinning and I was thinking the same thing, but i decided to role with it. The end result was INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone in my whole family absolutely loved them, asking just what was inside this delicate square. I eventually told them and everyone was beyond surprised that something you would typically find as a side to your burrito was able to bring such a good texture and sweetness.
