Other bloggers with GREAT advice

When stumbling around the web, I couldn't help but come across a blog site by the name of Born Fitness. Adam Bornstein is just your average joe who found success with helping others in the fitness/nutrition industry. Much like myself, we are self taught individuals who learn what works and doesn't work from experience. Yes, we have a sound foundation as to what may work, but we take it one step further as to experiment with these new findings to see just what happens. An approach of double judgement to see if the results were skewed in any way.

"I didn't worry about how much weight I lost or strength I gained; instead, I focused on learning what techniques worked" - Adam Bornstein

As mentioned in my blog on the "7 Beginner Mistakes" Adam likes to contribute a large part of adherence to a new fitness journey in the diet. In his blog "Why Diet Plans Really Fail" he talks about making it much more than just a new short term diet but one that will hold longevity. Enjoying meals with friends and family is important and realizing food choices which fit caloric needs is important to never limit yourself. Diets and eating habits should make food choices available in moderation but use judgment as to what is acceptable.

If you need any more reasoning to check out this awesome blog, Mr. OG himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, credits Adam with positive reinforcement and motivation that helped get him back in the fitness game. He has also been a contributing author for a number of different fitness articles in magazines such as Men's Health, The New York Times, and GQ, just to list a few.
