Choosing a Lifting Program

Once you've generated a general idea of the compound lifts and accessory movements, many question the ideal rep range and or program which is most beneficial. The answer is simple:

  • IT DEPENDS
Countless studies indicate that focusing ideally on hitting a certain rep range is actually detrimental to a workout program. The idea behind this is that usually you cut yourself short of your potential by generalizing the set reps your body is capable of producing. Say you were hitting dumbbell bench for 3 sets of 8; every set you would aim for only achieving 8. Do you see this issue with this concept? Instead of pushing your body into a fatigue state which ultimately results in more muscle fiber recruitment, you limit yourself. More muscle fiber exhaustion and tears results in more tissue repair and more muscle build. It's a simple concept to understand once you place this perspective on it, but without your own analogy, many fall short of reaching their true potential in the gym.

Following a misleading ideology of the "ideal rep range" forces many to feel as though they need to follow a strict workout program. Your going to the gym because you enjoy it, and more times than not workout programs include lifts that many of us aren't crazy about. This results in many falling off due to their lack of enthusiasm the gym once offered. Following a general workout program is a much better idea that allows you to control the days lifts with how your body is feeling that specific day. Soreness is a big indication from your body that it is still recovering and repairing tissue from the last workout session. The ideal situation is to limit this muscle recruitment as much as possible and focus solely on a different body part.

The ideal workout program is the one that is most adaptable to ourselves due to our own genetic makeups. This results in quicker healing and recovery periods from person to person. Not all humans can be summarized into a general category and one must base there lifts and endurance based on their own feelings. If you follow these simple guidelines I can assure you much more enjoyment in the gym as well as less stress with your association to whether if your doing everything right. If your enjoying what your accomplishing and making steady strength increases, than your on the right path to success.

Questoning the Process

Second guessing is a common issue for anyone involved in the fitness world. What I mean by this is you'll never be satisfied with your body once you start working out or incorporating a healthy diet. You'll never be satisfied with your progress until you reach your goal and once that is achieved your mind will start planning for the next milestone. For a competitive person as myself I always feel as whether i'm too small or i'm too big on different days. This has been linked to issues physiologically with two different extremes called big anorexia and small anorexia. These are both real issues associated with die hard individuals who always want more out of there progress. Yes It may be difficult at first to comprehend but since you start progressing, you'll realize you'll always want more. Want to be that much more cut, be that much bigger and in exchange completely change your diet day after day with the association of yo yo dieting. I find myself going throw this every off season as sometimes I feel as though i'm putting on too much fat for muscle mass and dial back my numbers. The easiest however costly solution to this problem is to hire a coach. A coach will tell you what needs to be done to achieve your goal and push you when times are tough to stay on track. Many bodybuilders follow similar tactics when prepping for a show because of second guessing. Leave the power to someone else. Program yourself to be a robot with someone else in control and you'll be sure to achieve your dream.

Enjoying the moment

Live in the now

In today's world people lose sight of their current situations and instead look as ways of achieving there future goals in and out. Don't get me wrong. keeping your eye on the prize is an essential, however to much focus may lead to failure. Not allowing yourself to think about other passions and topics of the world brings with it second guessing  of your current performance. have fun with the friends and events that are happening now even if that means postponing a certain project and/or schedule to allow for. One day you'll look back at your life and realize that you missed out on these moments and wish you could go back in time and relive these moments. Don't be this individual and realize not every day is going to be a success and that's okay, but living every day in stress and worry is only detrimental to long term success.

I found myself preaching to the choir as I found myself in this predicament more times than I can count. Instead of going out and enjoying a drink with friends, I would rather stay at home, nestled away in my room and research the body. It's something i'm trying to overcome that may be completely altered in the near future. I often find myself second guessing my current diet and training regimen due to conflicting evidence supporting other teachings or ways of going about putting on as much lean mass possible. Im much different than anyone else as i'm determined to be different than the "average american" life after college and that includes getting a 9-5 job I hate. This will not be me and my main focus now is setting up a Journey which brings happiness with it day in and day out. I'm on the right track, however I need to step on the brakes and live in the moment with the people i'm surrounded with now that I may never be able to do again.

Starting a business

At first I had no idea the first steps to take to get a business started or even get word of my product or service on the web. After taking an online accounting web design course in college, I decided to take the plunge and just go for it all! This is what you guys are witnessing now, my first attempt at providing both a product and service that i deem is needed. What service do I provide you may ask and its simple, what your reading is just one of the many. I try and post my view and opinion of the most interesting and debated topics today relating around the nutrition and fitness world. From my years and years of self research and self implementation I feel as though I have a solid view of opinion on many of these subjects! Next on the to do list is offer an online consulting page. I currently aid a number of individuals which I associate with on a daily basis, but plan on expanding my customer base due to requests on my youtube channel. Be sure to be on the lookout for this service in the future!

So far my blogs are getting some attention however I am still noticing thru the analytics provided both here and on my youtube channel that viewers prefer to watch videos rather than read. I am completely the same way, however sometimes i believe studies and science backed materiel may be better interpreted thru writing. Even though this pages traffic seems to be still low, I have faith It will continuously build as we expand on new topics and selling items from the new store!

That's right! If you look to your right on the screen you'll see the icon for the now live online store! Here you will find a number of different styles and designs which are applicable for any social environment both in and outside of the gym! My main goal when I set out to start my own clothing company was to offer a product that was superior to the competition. To offer a product that didn't add gainz tax and was affordable for all individuals. Quality and performance were exaggerated while eliminating unnecessary costs and assuring affordability, which was passed onto you, the customer. This is when Lifestyl3 clothing was introduced.

Thru the online store you'll see a number of different products that i believe are of the most high demand for both men and women. You'll find yourself products for both men and women that vary from tank tops and tight fit t-shirts to long sleeve tees and hoodies. Depending on what you prefer we have it all! We also offer a few different design and color pallets currently with plans in the works for expanding but designs and color schemes in the very near future! So if your in the market for something that will show of your gainz, or something more sophisticated for a family get together, we have what you need at Lifestyl3 clothing!

First Timers

The more and more I go to the gym, the more I keep seeing individuals perform workouts which appear to have been fascinated with the ideas of putting the worst strain possible on the body followed by ego lifter after ego lifter. People consistently approach me in the gym and ask for workout advice as they know I am very inclined to a number of different ways to activate an array of different muscle groups. Over years and years of practicing on myself as well as researching other extraordinary lifters online, I have generated a great deal of information with what lifts are the best for overall muscle building as well as different lifts that isolate different muscle groups. Following this, don't be afraid to ASK OTHERS FOR ADVICE!! I want to help you succeed!!

I also get approached from people daily with how I am able to squat so much for my body weight and composition. I always tell them its easy, my form is spot on...... Before worrying about how much weight you lift in the gym, focus on getting the basics down and that is all about FORMMMMM. I cant stress this enough as 80% of people in a gym are performing exercises either entirely wrong or fail to isolate muscle groups do to there extreme interest with impressing others in the gym instead of building muscle. If you are a first timer, drop the ego at the door and worry about perfecting your form before your worried about lifting more than the person on the bench next to you.

If your a first time goer in the gym, be aware that there are those gym douches in every gym that wont respect you because they feel as though they are the alpha and own every piece of equipment in the gym. Be respectful and perform your workout asking for a spot if necessary and even possible advice from those in the gym with a great deal of knowledge. Avoid listening to the guy in the gym who does biceps every day, wears a tanks to show off his lack of gainz, and may perform 2 workouts over the course of 4 hours. For the first time lifter, all I can say is be prepared when you go to the gym with a workout program you can either find on my youtube channel or from any other reputable lifter. Get in, perform your work with Extraordinary form, focus on the muscle your trying to work, be polite to others, and WORK YOUR ASS OFF! Gainz aren't generated from thin air. If you follow these tips, your time in the gym will be much more enjoyable and you will be on track to a healthier more active Lifestyl3.

Getting back on Track

We all do it from time to time and that is take time away from our diets to enjoy life for temporary enjoyment, whether that be a vacation or maybe a family get together, Comprising a diet that allows for enjoyment day in and day out is what should be practiced, but enjoyment comes from the worry behind the caloric content of food items. Not worrying about the caloric content and indulging in a dish like the average person is what some consider a break; however i bet more than anything that mid way thru, you'll get mixed emotions about what your consuming and stop once your content. This is when I like to tell my clients and friends that the lifestyl3 adjustment is real.

I recently just came back from a week long vacation in Gulf Shores Alabama and enjoyed every minute of it. Did I go off my diet? Yes. Did i overindulge some days? Yes. Did I still follow my diet? Yes. How did I accomplish all of these? Well its simple, I allowed myself a few cheats here and there however at the begging of the trip I still purchased and consumed the same grocery items I would if I were at home. I love what I eat day after day and usually would opt for my own cooking opposed to picking up fast food or even cooking a frozen pizza. Yes i did indulge some days on foods I rarely eat, however i program this into my diet as a diet break and have learned how my body reacts. I consumed an all you can eat cat fish one night  following a breakfast buffet later in the week. I was so overstuffed that I was uncomfortable and again hit with realization that consuming a large of amount of shitty food as such leads to a very uncomfortable bloat feeling for the rest of the day. Learn your body and realize what contributes to uncomfortable feelings and know when enough is enough.

Following a slightly higher macro nutrient diet and allowing for a diet break resulted in a WEIGHT LOSS over my vacaion. Thats right! I actually came back lighter than when I left and thats because iv been able to experiment over the years how far I can push my body and still see results. Lesson of the day? LEARN YOUR BODY

Great advice from another blogger with relation to tips on bouncing back on your diet:

Sneeze Pages

To make it easier for many of you, the viewer, I have gone ahead and applied a number of pages located in the cross column above. As I continue to write more and more articles, the plan is to make it simple and fast for my audience to access and find older articles that may be intriguing. My plan was to make it as easy as possible and the best way i believed to  accomplish this would be too include:

  • Nutrition
  • Training
  • Supplements
  • Life blogs

As my blogs main focus is on the key 3 that I consistently preach, I also plan on occasional going off the beaten road and writing about more personal topics or current issues in today's economy. Looking for an article that provides a personal favorite recipe? check out my nutrition page. Curious about what lifts trigger different back muscles? Check out my Training page. I tried making it as easy as possible to make old relevant articles to shine for years to come.

If you want to know about a specific topic or curious on how the body may react to certain supplementation, be sure to comment and ill do my best at including an article in the near future answering your question! Don't forget that new content is also uploaded weekly to my Youtube channel which may include an immediate answer that's been on your mind.  For now, I hope you are enjoying the blogs and continue on your journey to a healthier more enjoyable life!
Peace out, A town down

How Do I Stay On Track???

One of the best possible recommendations i can give anyone either looking to lose weight, add muscle, or become a healthier individual is an app known as MyFitnessPal. I would have to say this app is the MOST IMPORTANT weapon in my arsenal as it allows for a complete overview of ones nutrition. This app allows individuals to keep track of just what they consume on a daily basis and holds them accountable for their food choices. In the app, one can find virtually any food known to man as well as pre entered choices of restaurant entrees. What I mean by this is that one can perform a quick search for  say"chili's chicken quesadilla" and figure out the exact nutrition profile of this meal and/or the substitution of sides (guacamole, corn or flour tortillas, cheese, etc.). It's god's gift to the macro counter.

What this app allows is the user to add their food choices throughout the day and get a lump sum of their caloric intake. This makes it extremely easy to match the target of a normal caloric intake or one with a similar body complexture. This app is highly used by a number of bodybuilders, fitness athletes, and just your ordinary person. The break down in a the macro nutrient profile is also ideal for those looking to get a certain value of protein, carbohydrates, and fats that meet their daily requirements. It makes it much easier than keeping a mental note in your head or a notebook of the days breakdown.

Myfitnesspal: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/

The best part about this app? ITS FREEEEEE If the app did end up costing money one day, i would be more than willing to pay a good amount to keep this essential counter. Food choices are looked at differently, as another option is a bar code scanner which allows for easy entries. Simply by clicking the bar code icon one can scan any foods bar code and get an intimidate answer to the foods nutritional breakdown. This makes for an easy life and a much more conscious look at serving sizes. It trains one to better understand just what a serving size is as opposed to their previous incorrect beliefs. Before they may have viewed a heaping spoon of peanut butter and an apple as a great snack alternative, but truth behold something of this caliber is comparable to a meal. Yes everything in moderation is the key but the lack of knowledge with a foods nutritional profile usually accounts for an unaware caloric surplus.
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter+medium sized apple=
  • 45 grams carbs
  • 32 g of fat
  • 17 g of protein
  • 526 CALORIES!!!

If you don't already have this app but have a fitness goal, I HIGHLY recommend you immediately go to your app store and download this app. What do you have to lose??? besides a few pounds ;)

SUPPLEMENT REVIEW: Myprotein Chocolate Nut

Protein protein protein every where we look. We see chocolate brownie over here and strawberry banana over there, all claiming to taste just like the real thing. Depending on what brand you go with and your source of liquid, most of the time, the flavor will have a somewhat close resemblance to the actual food alternative and other times you would prefer the 2 week old chicken breast in the back of your fridge for some protein. A very reputable and highly sought after company known as MYPROTEIN based in Europe is on the hot seat today.

  • Myprotein
  • Impact Whey protein
  • Chocolate Nut
  • 2/1/20 - 90 Calories (fat/carbs/protein)
  • (overview video also on my youtube channel : Lifestyl3 Fitness)

Overall for the price, when on sale it can't be beat!! They seem to run specials everyday on their website ranging from BOGO sales to 25% off, and free products with every order. The company overall is stupendous, especially with customer service. Now lets get to the actual profile of the protein. Its your typical all whey protein blend that packs with it 20 grams of protein. Fats are just slightly higher than that of other powders, however this is what gives it the flavor there known for. Instead of adding in extra carbs to improve flavor, my protein simple adds a gram of fat which overall is a very smart move. By adding a gram of fat there only adding about 9 calories where as the others have to add 6 or so grams of carbs to acquire the same enjoyable taste which in turn ads around 24 calories.

This protein flavor doesn't dramatically change whether mixed in milk or water so I would opt to just stick with water. Overall the flavor is suppose to be related to a hazelnut similar to Nutella as described by the company. I didn't quiet get the same flavor profile but instead explain my experience as a chocolate smoked nut. It definitely has the chocolate flavor but also a somewhat smokey nut taste that is slightly comparable to nutela but in my opinion isn't very similar.

Mixability is great overall as this powder seems to have a much more airy profile versus your typical protein powder. This is hard to explain but the protein in its room temperature state seems to be more of a consistency similar to that of baking flour, where as other protein powders follows a thicker coconut flour consistency. This has no effect on mixability or flavor.

Overall i would recommend this product to others just based on the fact of the great price and the over 30 flavor options!! You'll be sure to find at least one that intrigues your eye
Rating: 8.2/10

Why I'm HERE

When I was first introduced to fitness, I was immediately hooked for life. Day after day i could physically see the difference with my body, loving what I was becoming and where this journey was headed. The changes in my nutrition and introduction to physical fitness were something I still remember to this day as being a waste of time never thinking it would interest me, but man was I wrong. Food was an issue for me growing up consistently eating the worst choices present and never knowing when to stop. After eating everything on my plate I then resorted to others leftovers  to satisfy my addiction. I was ADDICTED to food.

Eating far more calories than what the average teenager should, I saw nothing wrong with it and had no idea the damage I was causing to my body. This all changed after being constantly bullied growing up for being so overly obese; I knew i had to change. Football flyers were passed around our school and I knew this was my chance to make something of myself and change my life for the better. The first of the many changes i made was a simple one that included only consuming water as my beverage of choice. This minute change accounted for a huge initial drop in weight and change in mood. The next approach was a change with food intake and once again the physical changes in the mirror made for my 100% commitment towards loosing weight.

I can gladly say that i eventually reached my teenager goal physique 3 years later and i pay a huge contribution to football. Football was my life growing up and was something I loved that mentally and physically changed my outlook not only on fitness and health but struggles we face on a daily basis. When faced with a difficult task, I would imagine it as the last play of a big game, giving it all I possibly had. If I did fail, knowing that I did everything I possible could left me leaving with my head held high. I live by this moto and push my self to the absolute limit everyday whether that be in the gym, school, or with my career.

The overall idea of this blog is to give my past experiences with the internet to help those achieve their  fitness goals thru personal experience as well as a wide form of studies. I believe that anyone can help those achieve their desired body however unless you've been in their shoes at one part of your life, you may not understand the struggles one faces, however I CAN. I know what it's like to be made fun of, I know what it takes mentally to overcome the negativity and I know the dedication needed to become something you never thought was possible.

MY GOAL is to educate as many as I can with the use of the 3 most fundamental keys of fitness and making them work synergisticaly to help those accomplish their ultimate fitness goals.

Healthy Recipes that pack a POW

When starting off on this fitness journey of mine, I found it very difficult to give up many of the foods that I love. The need, want , and desire to have something sweet and doughy was always on my mind, thinking id never be able to touch a doughnut again, man was I WRONG! The fact of the matter is that theirs no food that will harm you by consuming it, just simply lacking nutrients that may come from an alternative. Just let that sink in........ This may be one of the best pieces of advice I've ever gotten from no one other than Eric Helms from Teams 3DMJ. I will dive more into this later on but for now lets get back to the flaky, warm, moist, sweet sensation of doughnuts.

Doughnuts were put on this planet by god to ultimately hinder your progress based on their ability to contain so many calories in  such a small volume. The easiest way to get over this hump?, find alternative recipes that provide the same flaky sweet sensation that pack less calories. This may be hard in a world where usually the healthy alternative taste nothing like the real thing, however this is where Spencer Miller, aka the sweets god, comes in. Spencer is the author and chef from the great recipe blog, Macro Chef.
Link to Blog:

On this blog post you will find recipes that range from
- Cookie Dough Protein Brownie Bites
- Pumpkin Protein  French Toast Sticks
- Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding
- Mixed Berry Protein Cake
- Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

The ingredients he incorporates as healthy alternatives always leaves me hesitant and time after time I am blown away by the flavor from the final result. One great example I can recall is when i made his Chocolate peanut butter fudge. The main ingredient was black beans....... now i know what your thinning and I was thinking the same thing, but i decided to role with it. The end result was INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone in my whole family absolutely loved them, asking just what was inside this delicate square. I eventually told them and everyone was beyond surprised that something you would typically find as a side to your burrito was able to bring such a good texture and sweetness.

Spencer's blog is full of great healthy recipes that i HIGHLY advise all of you to try and be your own critique, I can grantee it doesn't matter which recipe you choose, you will not be disappointed.

Analyzing the BEST

Journeys start and stop everyday depending on ones goals, drive, and aspirations. You have the every day individuals who like to talk the talk instead of actually performing the work necessary, and you also have those who are so set on achieving a goal, they seem crazy to the average; this is me. The first tool in starting something is to hit the ground running and never let the negativity and hate from others deter you from your final goal.

In today's world people are to caught up with living a modest average life that entails an average 8-5 job they hate, and a life that brings with it no adventure; this will not be me. I LOVE the fitness and nutrition lifestyl3 and plan on making something unimaginable out of it. This all starts with looking at others who are highly successful and examining their techniques and approaches to get a general idea of what viewers want to see. In order of most engagement:

- Recipes
- Diet advice
- Fitness Plans
- Motivation

As my last blog, I went to no other than Born Fitness to find this information. I chose this blog because it follows a very close generalization as to what i'm interested in and plan on promoting. This includes page views to web layouts, seeing what one of the most highly active fitness blogs has to offer. Comparing my you tube channel, my analytics seem to follow these numbers extremely closely. Straying away a small amount, I've realized people LOVE FOOD. My highest viewed videos  all deal with either  a great healthy alternative to your grandmothers delicious recipe, or me eating an extremely high amount of food.

Based on the average pitifuls of this life, individuals usually always seem to fall off when it comes to their diet due to temptation. Because of this, generalizing the fundamentals and the ability to stay on track with their food choices is the best way to win this battle. The other three topics fall hand in hand after adjusting to a healthier lifestly3. The smallest amount of motivation may just be enough to start one in the fitness scene, or keep them from bingeing and thinking its too much.

Just remember,m we all have ONE GOAL; ONE MISSION!

Other bloggers with GREAT advice

When stumbling around the web, I couldn't help but come across a blog site by the name of Born Fitness. Adam Bornstein is just your average joe who found success with helping others in the fitness/nutrition industry. Much like myself, we are self taught individuals who learn what works and doesn't work from experience. Yes, we have a sound foundation as to what may work, but we take it one step further as to experiment with these new findings to see just what happens. An approach of double judgement to see if the results were skewed in any way.

"I didn't worry about how much weight I lost or strength I gained; instead, I focused on learning what techniques worked" - Adam Bornstein

As mentioned in my blog on the "7 Beginner Mistakes" Adam likes to contribute a large part of adherence to a new fitness journey in the diet. In his blog "Why Diet Plans Really Fail" he talks about making it much more than just a new short term diet but one that will hold longevity. Enjoying meals with friends and family is important and realizing food choices which fit caloric needs is important to never limit yourself. Diets and eating habits should make food choices available in moderation but use judgment as to what is acceptable.

If you need any more reasoning to check out this awesome blog, Mr. OG himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, credits Adam with positive reinforcement and motivation that helped get him back in the fitness game. He has also been a contributing author for a number of different fitness articles in magazines such as Men's Health, The New York Times, and GQ, just to list a few.

7 Beginner Mistakes

  1. Inadequate diet - The first and biggest key to accomplishing a fitness goal is proper nutrition. The breakdown of what goes into your body versus what is expelled through energy is the biggest obstacle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain weight, or adhere to a healthier lifestyle, a change in your food choices is the foundation to building a house; without it you have a structure that will never last.
  2. Will Power - If your sole purpose is to truly dive into a diet, you have to realize it’s not all rainbows and unicorns prancing around on the other side. Sometimes saying no to a delicious brownie is hard but, realizing your goal will sure power your will to turn it down.
  3. Improper form - Before worrying about hitting your full potential with weight, focus on developing near perfect form. Perfecting your form will build long term success with weight.
  4. Worry - Don't be afraid to ask knowledgeable fitness individuals who may provide a great tip and/or advice on a new machine.
  5. EGO - Don’t worry about pressing the most weight in the gym, however focusing on isolating the muscle you are trying to work and build from there.
  6. Too much, Too soon - Individuals who start a program usually fall off fairly soon because they try to make drastic changes to their life with dieting and a good relationship with fitness. Making small changes to your diet and small progressions in the gym is the key to long term success.
  7. False encouragement - Don't believe everything you see or hear in the gym! If getting advice, be sure the individual can back his advice as opposed to those who think they know everything.

Follow these 7 easy tips to assure you’re on the right path for a long journey!

One Mission - One Goal

In today’s world, dominance and ego seems to be the key to assuring gainz are accomplished in the gym. No care about anyone else in the gym besides your mindset. Yes, there is a certain mindset needed to accomplish a great lift, however these levels don’t need to be elevated at all times. To many times in the gym, I see “new lifters”
  •  Judged
  • Made fun of
  •  Seeking help
  • Seeking acceptance
  • *Striving to start a new Lifestyl3*

Time and time again I see these new individuals devoted their first day, lacking motivation on the second day, and by the third day, they may as well appear on the T.V. show LOST. This happens more  than it should because of the misinterpretation of the gym scene and it NEEDS to be changed. When someone new comes in, they should be welcomed with open arms as they are taking the first step towards improving their life. Most of the time the normal gym goers make it their full intentions to let these new comers know who is boss by lifting their PR in search of dominance. This is why so many gyms are getting a bad rep and why new gyms are becoming so popular because they offer “A judgment free zone”. Don’t get me wrong, lifting heavy ass weights is what were there for, however, shunning those who have never picked a weight up isn’t. We were all in this place at one point in search of acceptance and hopes that one of the alphas would us in as their own. So remember this the next time you see the newcomer in the gym.

weight loss

Weight loss comes down to much more than just losing weight, but maintaining an enjoyable lifestyle while still accomplishing the goal. Great tactics to incorporate based on importance are
1. Caloric deficit (eat less)
2. Eliminate "junk" food
3. Create a way to remind yourself you're on a diet!
4. Make Small adjustments
5. Don't go COLD TURKEY (Changing your diet from a slight surplus to eating nothing is very unhealthy. This may cause slight weight loss but remember, this is a long journey not 100 meter sprint.)

In today's world there’s always the greatest new fad to lose weight weather that be the Adkins diet, weight watchers, or an all fruit diet. All these new fads have a very close similarity and that is providing a caloric deficit. Many Americans these days don't realize the lack of nutrition or caloric index of the foods they consume and all of these systems shine light on just that. New customers are amazed by the results, but with little research it becomes relevant why these programs are working so well. Don't get me wrong, these programs are great for those with extra funds, and little to no knowledge of nutrition, however with little research a lot can be learned.

Caloric Deficit = Weight Loss (GOLDEN RULE)

I've used this system for years now to obtain extremely low body fat percentages for competitions and when used correctly still allow for an enjoyable life without the thought of being on a diet. Stay tuned for in depth discussion on these topics!
